YES!! Love the sign, Happy II (since the exclamation dots were cut off), like Part II, the second half making the first half all the more manageable. Onward, with all your gorgeous power!!

The Happy sign wasn’t really necessary, you’re glowing in that photo! And I don’t think it is because you’re still radioactive!

We share your happiness from the good news.

I can’t stop smiling for you. Or shouting it to the mountaintops. There are strangers in the street who now know scans are clean!!!!

That is fabulous news, Loretta! I have been praying for you very much and am sorry I haven’t responded earlier due to my Dad’s situation. You are a wonderful person and I am very fortunate to have one as a sister-in-law. I promise to respond more frequently and add humor to cheer you up. Take care and praying that you kick this nasty disease in the you-know-what. Remember, which I know you are ready do, that cancer CANNOT invade the soul nor conquer the spirit. NO WAY, NO HOW! Lots of love! BTW, tell Fiona that UD says hi and loves her very much. Miss you too, Scott! Yes, I really do.

Loretta–I’m so sorry you’re going through all of this but glad you’ve included all your peeps with you on your journey. When Danny was in the hospital, we got several comments that were NOT helpful, such as “God never gives you more than you can handle”…BS
What I would like to share with you was the Peace of Danny’s cancer diagnosis I discovered:

    * The SCCA is one of the best cancer treatment centers in the country (Danny was cured with an initial long-term survival rate of 35% and he’s now nearly 8 years cancer-free). I had complete faith that Danny was receiving the best treatment possible.

    * No amount of worrying would change the outcome.

    * It was 100% NOT MY FAULT, a crap shoot that just happened.

Accepting and embracing these three things was amazingly freeing for me and it allowed me to “let it all go” and be at peace with his diagnosis and journey ahead. I can honestly tell you that living in the hospital for over seven months was easier than these last four years. It’s a distant memory and look forward to looking back at all of this that you’re going through as a distant memory for you, as well. The smile in your picture says it all HAPPY!!! Please let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. Looking forward to hearing more.
